Radio promotion

An intense 2 week Radio campaign is
planned for the run up to the event date starting at the beginning of
September with local radio station Juice Radio.
Brighton's Juice 107.2 is a locally owned commercial radio service
that has been broadcasting to 285,000 people across Brighton Hove and the
surrounding area since 1998. During that time they have delivered
successful advertising, sponsorship and promotional opportunities for
hundreds of local and national businesses.

& Latest 7 is Brighton & Hove's most popular and widely read weekly free
magazine. Specialising in Property sales and lettings, interiors and
property services on one side and a weekly entertainment guide with

The Argus
The Argus newspaper is the only paid for daily
newspaper that covers
the whole of Sussex. Available as far away as the

stations through to Chichester in the west and

Newspapers and
Magazines
– Our campaign has commenced with editorial achieved in both daily and
weekly newspapers in and around the Brighton, Hove and Sussex area.
Poster and Flyers - Flyers
are now being distributed to key outlets throughout Brighton and Hove and
can be picked up at respective Libraries, Brighton and Hove Town Halls
and The Brighton and Hove Centres, Nat West and other local banks, Sussex
Innovation Centre, Business Link, and other major supporters of the event
.
A range of sized posters have been distributed around hundreds of
Brighton and Hove Locations in targeted locations.
PR Press information - is already,
and will be, distributed regularly to relevant media across the City and
Sussex to secure editorial and feature coverage of the event.
Networking a network evening has
been arranged for all those businesses taking part in the event at The
Claremont Hotel, Second Avenue, Hove, 6pm – 8pm with free drinks and
canapes for those attending. Invitations will be circulated prior to 17
September, 2008.
Association Links – Networking
through the long established business links with other local City and
Sussex Associations coupled with News Releases being continually emailed
periodically during the build up of the event.
