Our Sponsorship packages make available a programme to a highly-target and unique business arena for your products. This opportunity helps you to generate direct revenue prior and after the Business Event, through the website, web links and relevant press and marketing material too.

A range of sponsorship opportunities are available from ‘Major Sponsor’ to banners, flyers and the event sign posting.

Hove Business Association will create a tailor-made package in order to achieve your company’s particular marketing objectives and in line with your budget.

Sponsors will also benefit by having ‘Official Event Supporter’ status and Company Name, Logo and contact details featured prominently on the Business Event website

Major Sponsor

Our major sponsor will receive -

● A 4.5 metre stand size of professional exhibition back boards, with tables covered with white clothes, four chairs, and table name for your stand positioned close the main Hall doors. Power points and Wireless available.

● Your firms logo/company information as main sponsor on all press activities including editorial and advertising where ever possible.
● Your firms logo/company information placed where ever possible, in adverts placed with media partners.
● Your firms logo/company information appearing on most pages of the event website.
● An enhanced website entry on the events dedicated Sponsors and Supporters page including name and contact details with a back link and approximately 75 words about the firm in addition to the websites event exhibitors directory.

● Free firms’ listing on www.citylocal.co.uk/brighton business website displayed up to 20 September 2008

● Your firms logo/company information and details on the event email template sent out to a number of Associations, exhibitors, guests, registrations and all general enquiries being seen by approximately 5,000 email recipients.

Members Notice Board

● Any HBA Member will have the opportunity to advertise on the membership board their products if they are not taking a stand at the event. They will be able to exhibit up to an A3 size poster and provide at least 250 (or more) leaflets for visitors to pick up and take away to read about their products or services.

Networking Evening Event B2B

● Your firm as Sponsor to the Eventers Network Party Evening, 17th September 2008, held at the Claremont Hotel at 6pm – 8pm, for all those exhibiting to meet each other before the event; informal networking in the hotel’s tasteful surroundings. The Sponsor will be able to make a short audio visual presentation, if they wish, along with their full marketing material available at the party. Drinks and canapés will be served.
