will officially be opening the event
Hove Centre, Town Hall, Hove,
at 10.15am, Saturday 20 September 2008.

 

Opening times

 

The event doors will open at 10am for visitors and at

10-15am will be officially opened by The Mayor of

Brighton and Hove, Garry Peltzer Dunn.

 

Free Seminars and Surgeries

 

Free seminars and surgeries will start at 10.30am.

It is a ‘ first-come’, ‘first served’ basis, so please do not be late to avoid disappointment of not being able to listen to your preferred speaker. Download the schedule and details here.

Children attending

 

Families are welcome at the Event but like all large events

can parents make sure they are safe and stay with them at all times. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend the Seminars and Surgeries

 

Accessibility

 

Our event provides Accessibility Access. However, there is currently no passenger lift between floors.

Please contact The Hove Centre who can advise you further about arrangements in place.

Cloakroom facilities

A cloak room facility will be available on the day for those wishing to leave coats whilst attending. Please note Hove Business Association nor the venue sponsor, The Hove Centre, cannot be held responsible for any items left deposited on the premises. Cloakrooms are situated in the basement.

 

Filming and Photography

 

The event will be filmed during the day and we ask that no unauthorised photography take place.

If you require to take photos, then please contact the event management prior to the event

 

Exhibition Directory

 

The event is not printing an exhibition directory in line with its sustainability environmental policy. However, this online website directory will remain visible until 30 December 2008 and ‘All About’ Publications will be providing Brighton and Hove residents with exhibitor’s information in their publications during September along with a number of paper copies available at the event.
